Pi Day

Snub dodecahedron, second compound stellation of icosahedron
These were built from acrylic plastic and hot glue, for my school's Pi Day (March 14) events in 2008 and 2009. They won best project in mathematical modeling in each of their respective years.

Paper and Plastic

F-117, alien spaceship
Two plastic models I built actually won awards in my local model show a few years back, in the junior aircraft and miscellaneous categories, respectively.

Fokker T-2, PB4Y-1
These models were built out of paper (110 lb card stock). Though I can't claim credit for the patterns, these were entirely my work to shape and assemble.

A-7, Desert Storm, DC-9, 1 Time
While I didn't design the shape of these patterns, I colorized these models on the computer (from blank templates) and assembled them. The A-7 is even available commercially, through the company behind the original pattern here.
